What is the status of my order?

Please take a look at our shipping information. Typically, the orders are processed within 2-5 business days and then shipped. Please email our customer care team at support@larkandives.com and we will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.

What's your return policy?

We're so sad that you're unhappy with your purchase. But, we're here to help you out. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package if you would like to make a return by contacting customer care at support@larkandives.com – our team will then provide you with return instructions.

The return package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. The bag must be unworn, and all contents of the original delivery, including tags and dust bags, must be fully attached and included to the returned item/s for the return to be accepted.

Refunds may only be issued to the same payment card used for the original purchase, or via store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5-10 business days from Lark & Ives receiving the returned item/s.

Lark & Ives does not provide return shipping labels – you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

How do I use a coupon code?

Promo codes may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code may be applied per order.

I'm interested in ordering in wholesale quantities. How do I do that?
