We're so sad that you're unhappy with your purchase. But, we're here to help you out. Please send us a note at email@example.com so we can help you get set up for a return.
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 10 days of it being marked delivered. Once we receive the returned items, the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable, plus a 10% restocking fee. If the items are returned to us after 10 days of it being marked delivered, you will be refunded your item minus shipping cost and 25% restocking fee. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Used, opened, and/or sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
Received a damaged item? Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the product, and please include photos. We will discuss the next course of action via email. Outside of this timeframe, we are not able to provide refunds / exchanges without incurring a cost.
Looking to exchange your item? It depends on the order status:
- Order placed: Please send us a note via email email@example.com within 24 hours of the order if any changes need to be made.
- Order processed: Once the order has been processed, there will be a 10% handling fee for exchanging any items.
- Order shipped/delivered: Once the order has left our studio or has been delivered to the customer, the customer will need to pay the shipping fees to exchange the product as well as to reship the item back.
- We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, so please double check your shipping information! You will be responsible for redelivery costs.
- Sale items are final sale!
- Please handle our products with care! Damaged items due to improper use is not our responsibility.
