Returns

We're so sad that your purchase didn't work out for you, but we're here to help you out.  Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your package if you would like to make a return by contacting customer care at support@larkandives.com –our team will then provide you with return approval and instructions.

The return must be in unused condition, and all contents of the original delivery, including tags and dust bags, must be fully attached for the return to be accepted. Once received, we will credit you the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee (items requested for return beyond 10 days will incur a 25% restocking fee).

Refunds may only be issued to the same payment card used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days from Lark & Ives receiving the returned item(s).

Lark & Ives does not provide return shipping labels – you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any additional costs with receiving the package will be credited towards the return amount  

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for personalized items or items purchased at other retail locations and websites.

Exchanges

Looking to exchange your item? It depends on the order status: 

  • Order placed: Please send us a note via email help@larkandives.com within 24 hours of the order if any changes need to be made.
  • Order processed: Once the order has been processed, there will be a 10% handling fee for exchanging any items. 
  • Order shipped/delivered: Once the order has left our studio or has been delivered to the customer, the customer will need to pay the shipping fees to exchange the product as well as to reship the item back. 

Additional Notes: 

  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, so please double check your shipping information! You will be responsible for redelivery costs. 
  • Sale items are final sale!
  • Please handle our products with care! Damaged items due to improper use is not our responsibility.
