Job Posting: Customer Service and Fulfilment Assistant

Lark & Ives is an up-and-coming vegan leather and lifestyle accessory brand founded in Vancouver, BC. We sell our products mostly online through our e-commerce website as well as our wholesale channels. We are proud to be available in more than 30 stores across the world. We started off with pins, but soon expanded to monogram pins, vegan leather purses and accessories, and will soon be expanding in the world of fragrances and other lifestyle products.

To support our expansion, we are recruiting a hardworking, detail-oriented, personable Customer Service and Fulfillment Assistant to support the team across a number of tactical responsibilities such as fulfillment, customer service, inventory management from multiple channels, assembling products, packaging and shipping. This is a part-time contract position that will be expanding to a full-time position within 6 months. This role will be in Richmond or Vancouver, BC.

Duties and responsibilities

• Own the fulfillment process from beginning to end
• Receive shipments from our suppliers, and prepare them for fulfillment such as quality control, assembling, branding, packaging, branding, etc.
• Update and manage inventory as it comes in and out of the warehouse, creating reports for trends and shortages
• Fulfill online orders from our ecommerce and wholesale channels, update inventory, create labels, package them and drop them off at our carrier offices.
• Answer customer inquiries surrounding shipping, returns and exchanges, reviews, packaging in a professional and courteous manner


• Minimum 1 year experience of customer service, retail or fulfillment experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record
• Has a vehicle and able to drive around Richmond and Vancouver and surrounding cities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Able to multitask and accomplish tasks for rush deadlines
• Tidy and organized working personality, able to work with minimal guidance
• Has workable crafting and creative skills such as gift-wrapping and ribbon-tying.
• Able to carry boxes / packages ~ 50lbs.
• Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer service
• Has a laptop and smartphone to be used for emails, fulfillment and communicating
• Competent in Google Docs, Microsoft suite and general computer usage
• Familiarity with PC and Mac operating systems
